At Gabezac, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewellery. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. If you identify a fault in one of our pieces, you may return it for a refund or credit, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Important Information
- Returns must be received within 14 days of dispatch.
- All returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice and job packet.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
